This policy applies to purchases made directly from the official 22forwhat website (www.22forwhat.com) and delivered to eligible international destinations.


2. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of receipt under the following conditions:

Acceptable Reasons for Return:

  • The product is damaged, broken, or defective upon arrival
  • You received the wrong item, size, or quantity
  • The product is significantly different from the description
  • The item was damaged in transit

Returns Are NOT Accepted for:

  • Change of mind or personal preference
  • Items that have been worn, used, altered, or washed
  • Custom or personalized items (e.g., engraved, made-to-order pieces)
  • Items returned after the 7-day window
  • Products not purchased directly from 22forwhat.com

3. Return Procedure

    Email us at info@22forwhat.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include:

    We will reply within 1–2 business days to confirm if your return is eligible.
  3. Return Shipment
    Once approved, send the item back to our designated return address.
    • If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or wrong item), we cover the return shipping cost.
    • If the return is for other reasons, you are responsible for return shipping.
  4. Refund Processing
    After receiving and inspecting the return, your refund will be processed within 7 business days via the original payment method (e.g., PayPal, credit card).

4. Refund Conditions

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • If you received a free shipping promotion and your final (kept) order value falls below the free shipping threshold, the actual shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, with any tags, gift boxes, and accessories included.

5. Quality of Handmade Items

Please note that due to the handcrafted nature of our jewelry, slight variations in color, shape, or texture are normal and part of the uniqueness of each piece. These are not considered defects.
